Why does the AI sometimes sound boring and sometimes sound crazy? It's not a mood swing. It's a setting called **Temperature**.

Most users never see this dial, but it controls the "Randomness" of the model.

In this guide, we will learn how to adjust the **Creativity Thermostat**.

1. Low Temperature (0.0 - 0.3)

**"The Accountant Mode."**

• *Behavior:* The AI picks the most likely word every single time.
• *Use Case:* Coding, Math, Factual Summaries.
• *Risk:* Repetitive and robotic.

2. High Temperature (0.7 - 1.0)

**"The Artist Mode."**

• *Behavior:* The AI takes risks. It picks less probable words.
• *Use Case:* Poetry, Brainstorming, Fiction.

3. How to Prompt It

Even if you don't have a slider, you can ask for it.
